How we check English

Each listing shows when its English was last checked, and whether that check came from the business website or from us.

A listing can say “English confirmed by N users” after enough people report that the service itself was fully in English, and few people report that it was not.

Reviews are shown newest first. A business cannot delete a review or change that order. A review from a new account, a 1-star rating, or a comment with a web address waits for a person to check it. Three reports hide a review until that check happens. A claimed business can add one public reply.
